David Wilder was an art professor at John Carroll university, tri-c and Cleveland state university for 20 years. Had just received news of being given a full time position with tri-c in the fall. This would be the first time he would have a full time position teaching. David was shot while driving on March 25, 2017. This was a random act of violence. The young men involved have been caught. We have been contracted to sell his personal belongings in 1 large lot. Auction is online only and will begin closing Thursday July 27 at 7 pm with load out to be Saturday from 10 am until you are done. Absolutely no other dates will work. If you cannot adhere to these dates and times, do not bid. There is a lot of value in the tools, musical instruments, books, art supplies, and furniture. Professor Wilder lived in a 1 BR Apartment on the 4th floor. Whomever the winning bidder is, must take the entire contents. This is not cherry pick central. We will charge your credit card $300.00 to ensure that the apartment is left broom clean. Your $300.00 will be returned to you as soon as it is determined that you have upheld you portion of the contract. If you fail to live up to your obligation, you agree, by registering to bid, that you will forfeit your $300.00 deposit as liquidated damages, regardless of the actual cost incurred to return the apartment to the Landlord broom clean.
